Welcome to Gravity Machine’s website.
Pulling together a huge tapestry of influences, ranging from A Perfect Circle to William Orbit, via Peter Gabriel and Soundgarden, Dartmoor based Gravity Machine have released their debut single, “Dreamtime” from their forthcoming album “Red” (due for release in March 2020).
The album was recorded over two years at Middle Farm Studios with Pete Miles (Martin Grech, We Are The Ocean, Architects) producing. Formed as a response to loss, grief, the band went deep into their influences to find an expansive, emotional sound.
The core of the band are multi-instrumentalist & vocalist Niall Parker, and Bob Shoesmith on drums. There are a number of guests on the forthcoming album, including Kat Marsh (Lionface, Bring Me The Horizon, Choir Noir), and Pete Miles (Martin Grech).
