“Gravity Machine’s debut album, Red, is cathartic work of art and essential listening for fans of progressive rock and alternative rock”
The Hard Baroquer have just announced a review of “Red”- it’s a very deep and considered review of the album- check it out here!
With a little support from our label Zyse Records, and a lot of help from Jason Maddocks (cheers dude!), we’ve put together a “Made In Devon” playlist- there’s far more great music made down in these hills than could ever be played, even if Sarah Gozzo’s BBC Music Introducing in Devon and Cornwall was an all-weekend show! We’ll be adding to this as we go along!

Some names you’d expect to see….and lots and lots of others to check out; some friends of ours, some we’ve never heard of (we have now!)….
The latest review is now in, from TheProgMind’s Luke Henson:
Luke has written a detailed and perceptive review- a 10/10, including some great observations and reactions.
The full review can be read here.
Reviews don’t come much better than this. Nick Hudson at The Progressive Aspect zine has given “Red” an outstanding review- culminating in the line above.

…and in our local news…we’re pleased to reveal that we have an exclusive interview in the Moorlander with the Arts Editor, Karen Chapman Newton in the latest edition- out on Friday 21st February, in print and online

Things to do on a Thursday evening: Rotos-off, Rotos-on on old faithful- owned this beast from new in 1991, it’s only ever had Rotosound_uk 10’s on it…and it’s all over the “Dreamtime” single!
So- today’s a day where it was time to breathe in; draw back the emotion, taking in the landscape and recharging the creative batteries for whatever comes next.
We were walking up near Haytor (on Dartmoor) just enjoying the space and the peace…
Thanks to the BBC who played “Dreamtime” today! Quite a moment to hear the fruits of all that work being aired on the Devon & Cornwall BBC Introducing show!
Gravity Machine’s first single- “Dreamtime”, from the forthcoming album “Red” (due for release in March 2020)…is now available on Youtube!
Enjoy- this has been a long time in the making!
