Forthcoming video for “Standing Stones”
So from the end of August to the beginning of October the entire Gravity Machine crew have been hard at work creating a new video for “Standing Stones”. We started with a completely new mix from Pete Miles, then fleshed out a new storyboard- then, out onto the moor on the rare sunny days.
Working with our friend Sarah, we captured wild footage out at Scorhill and Mardon Down, before retreating back to a very dark warehouse on the edge of the moor to capture the band playing.
Harry put together a stunning edit, which goes live shortly- we’ll update with the link when it’s live!
Great review from the Ringmaster…
Any review which starts “Once in a while something comes along which makes you stop what you are doing, halts thoughts in their animation and has you catching your breath” has to be off to a good start.
And so it proves with the Ringmaster’s review of “Lifting Mountains”- you can read it here – https://ringmasterreviewintroduces.wordpress.com/front-and-centre/
“Lifting Mountains” to get airplay on Planet Rock…
Thanks to the team at Pluggin’ Baby, “Lifting Mountains” has been playlisted on the Planet Rock “New Rock” show- Monday evenings at 10pm UK time. Pretty exciting!
Another review in…
“Gravity Machine’s debut album, Red, is cathartic work of art and essential listening for fans of progressive rock and alternative rock”
The Hard Baroquer have just announced a review of “Red”- it’s a very deep and considered review of the album- check it out here!
“This is definitely a case of the cliché being true – all killer and no filler.”
Reviews don’t come much better than this. Nick Hudson at The Progressive Aspect zine has given “Red” an outstanding review- culminating in the line above.
